不过又找到了一处材料：

我也倾向于认为是一样的。不过后续我再查找一下资料，看看会不会有啥进一步的发现。

其实不是有句话叫“有趣的灵魂嘛”，就必须翻译成有趣的soul，而不能翻译成有趣的spirit…
soul可以代指一个人的自我，spirit不能代指一个人的自我。

这两个都不是自我
自我属于意识mind
比如第二密度存有他们有灵魂但还没有产生自我意识，也就是没有自我的概念
自我是第三密度才有的
这里貌似的确可以这样理解.
但是这里的soul = Pure Spirit Body,是不是又可以说 soul ≠ spirit?

可能我用词不当，我想说的是，soul可以指一个个体，而spirit（虽然有时候也可以指代一个个体，如指代各种没有肉身的实体）一般就是特指咱们中文中常用意义上的灵魂（一个身心灵复合体的灵魂部分）

无人知晓这里引用的Ra的话虽然用了or关系，但是并不一定代表他们两个一定是平行等价互换的关系。
在我看来，
这里之所以是soul or spirit complex而
这里是souls or spirits的原因是因为Ra可能最首要考虑就是必须保全spirit，而spirit又是一个个体（即一个soul，一个身心灵复合体）的一部分，所以soul和spirit并用了。。

The soul experiences the greatest joy in the interplay between Spirit and experience, the interplay between divinity and humanness. This is the secret of the universe. When you are purely Spirit, your reality is static. Nothing changes. Experience and movement only arise when there is a relationship with something outside of you/Spirit.
