然后最近看了看Laruelle的书，发现了一处和Zubiri对上的，

Zubiri（没有直接）说spirit是动物，Laruelle说spirit等类似准超越概念是android。
然后最近眼睛有点恶化，看书不能看这么长时间，然后受Laruelle启发就发现了这个度过极度孤独的方法，这几天基本是躺着干这件事：就是把一切语言当成材料，比如我们听小说会构想画面，梳理情节，理解意思，但是很快我们就会被情节的漏洞所无聊到，画面也没直接看Ai生成的有趣实在，我现在的做法就是抛弃一切现象（比如漫画等媒介就是以现象为主，现象会加强法则，比如加强审判伤害过自己的人的心情）。我现在听英语就在脑海中蹦字幕，不理解意思，也不构想画面，就纯蹦字母。虽然听起来比构想画面还无聊，但是据Laruelle：

当把语言（词）和欲望合一（或者欲望的都是语言），这是终极欲望，其他一切欲望都会没那么强烈或者附属于该终极欲望。这样也许也能缓解我过度自慰导致的恶化的身体。
