Well, they were entities of a negative nature, apparently, that had
been successful in their efforts at control and manipulation of those
around them so that they could gather their power and become more
powerful. So the entire Orion constellation is not negative; however, the negatively oriented entities from the Orion complex apparently do reside there. That’s their home base, apparently. There are plenty of others, but apparently those entities who were visiting our group and had been attracted to it by the light were from the Orion Empire, shall we say.

Kinda-sorta. A lot of things get their terms from where they began,
and in actuality they’ve moved on. Or they’ve collected a lot of different places that have come in under that federation and it’s no longer in, say, New York—it’s not really the New York Association, but it’s called that. Look at the football leagues, that’s a perfect example: the East isn’t the East and the Big Ten has no geographical location whatsoever and everything’s all over the place.[4] It’s crazy. But everybody that enters into it knows what they’re talking about.

I think the Orion Empire was just like that. It wasn’t literal, and it wasn’t an empire. It was a confederation of planets in the service of the Infinite Creator by being service to self. Very much like the confederation that Ra belongs to but negative in polarity.
