高我（Higher Self） 是每个个体在第六密度中期（或完成第六密度学习后）创造的、来自未来的、更进化、更完整的自己。它并非一个外在于你的独立实体，而是你自身意识在更高维度的存在形态，是你所有经验、智慧与选择的结晶，旨在为你当前在较低密度（如第三密度）的旅程提供指引和支持。

所以只是到了第六密度中期的高我彼此之间只是经验的不同？过往记忆的不同？  
独特性指的是这些吗？
