# 为什么睡地板更舒服

最近天天睡瓷砖地板，感觉睡地板上有一种莫名的舒服，这是因为睡地板和大地母亲地球的连接变得更强了吗？Quo建议经常在野外露营这样可以保持和地球的连接，心连心。大家怎么认为？

还有住楼房肯定不如四合院，有不接地气的感觉。最适合心身灵成长的还是一层小院。
